We offer long-term counselling of up to two years should people need it. Some people take the full two years, while others find they only need a few weeks, or months. The length of time people stay in counselling is entirely up to them and will be regularly reviewed with the counsellor. Long-term counselling gives clients the opportunity to work through your problems at their own pace and gives them the chance to build up a trusting relationship with their counsellor. This will enable them to talk in a safe and confidential environment in a way they can’t always talk to other people.
