Placement requirements
Need to be enrolled on a level diploma in counselling or above and have completed a classroom based level 2 and 3. Specific training will be required before working with children. The student counsellor will need to be a member of a recognised governing body and have their own liability insurance. They will also be required to fund their own supervision  we have qualified supervisors that work with placement counsellor at a rate of £25 per hour
