Counsellor in EASTBOURNE

I work with both individuals and couples.
Over the years I have worked with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger issues, self-esteem, to name but a few.
I also work with children and young people, and often use creative art activities to facilitate their explorations.
I supervise both qualified counsellors and trainees.
As a qualified teacher, I have also taught on counselling courses at a local college.

Special areas
I have a particular interest in bereavement, having spent seven years volunteering with Cruse. I initially worked with adults, and then bereaved children and young people having completed Cruse training. I completed supervision training, and supervised groups of bereavement volunteers for 2 years. Currently I supervise groups of bereavement volunteers at St.Wilfrid's Hospice, Eastbourne.

£45- £55
Couple cost

Supervision costs
£45 for 1 hr, £65 for 90 min. Concessionary rate for students.
Fees statement
I offer the first session at a reduced rate of £35 for individuals, £45 for couples.
Fees for individuals are negotiated (within the range of £45-£55) at the first session, depending on individual circumstances.
Concessions are available for students, and those on low income.
