Loui White - Person-Centred Therapists

Hello! Looking for a therapist can be a daunting experience, especially if things are tough for you. My name is Loui, I work as an adult and 12+ children's therapist, and I supervise other therapists who work with both adults, and children and young people. A key part of my practice is to give you the space to tell your story, to listen to you, offering empathy and compassion. I will hold an emotionally safe, confidential, relational space, in which you can feel free to talk about the things that are causing you distress.  I only work online.

I work as a Person-Centred therapist. I have experienced many times how people begin to feel less burdened and overwhelmed in their life when they feel really heard and accepted without judgement or criticism. I have found that common themes that clients bring often include trauma, bereavement, uncertainty, survivors of sexual abuse and domestic abuse.
