I am offering long or short-term, individual counselling, either online, per telephone, or face-to-face. I work with adults and see clients with many different issues, such as anxiety, bereavement, cancer, depression, loss, trauma, life-threatening illness diagnosis, relationship issues, self-esteem, workplace issues etc.. I am committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, safe and confidential space.

Alongside my private practice, I am currently working at a London NHS Trust, where I see people who have been affected by a diagnosis of cancer.
I have a background in international Human Resources and an interest and experience in workplace issues and conflict resolution.
I am a naturalised German immigrant and I have lived and worked in different countries before settling in the UK, over 36 years ago. This gives me an awareness of cultural diversity and of different issues and feelings, such as feelings of isolation and loss of identity, which may occur after having uprooted to a new environment.
