I have a particular interest in social justice issues and a specialism working with women. I have a feminist and class analysis that informs my work. I am a white woman but I endeavour to adopt an anti-racist approach and am experienced in working with people from many different ethnic backgrounds and where english isn't a first language.
I have a regular meditation practice and can offer mindfulness exercises if clients wish.
