Vicky Mould - Person-Centred Therapists

Person-centred counsellor in Eastleigh

We all experience challenges in life and can benefit from support during these times. Practising person-centred counselling, I aim to provide an environment where you can make sense of your struggles, find a way through them and move towards a more comfortable or fulfilling life.

Welcome. I'm Vicky Mould, a mental health therapist and bereavement counsellor near Winchester and Southampton. I work comfortably with adults of all ages, including online or over the phone.

I can offer long-term support for loss and grief - including baby loss, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, the effects of sexual or domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, postnatal depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Deciding to come for counselling can be scary, yet perhaps you don't feel heard by or able to talk to the people around you or are worried about burdening them. Or maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or alone with your experience.

Whatever is troubling or concerning you, I can help you feel at ease, listened to, and part of a safe, trusting and non-judgemental relationship. I'm a down-to-earth counsellor, and you can talk freely with me.

As I now work online or over the phone, we can connect from your own (private) space, which may be more convenient for you. Online sessions can be over Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp, and we can explore these options further if you'd like. You're welcome to call or text 07729 193629 or email me to ask any questions or book your free consultation.

In the counselling space, you'll be welcome as you are. I don't give advice or tell you what to do, but I can support you in building trust and confidence in yourself.

We can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions at your pace and reflect on your experiences. Offering genuine compassion, non-judgement and attentive listening, you can feel valued, heard and understood - perhaps for the first time, gain clarity or a different perspective on your situation and develop your self-awareness.

Creative mediums such as art, journaling, cards or photos can offer an alternative yet safe way of expressing yourself and gaining further understanding. We can discuss creative counselling in a consultation if you would like to do that.

My goal in counselling is to nurture your self-worth, confidence or self-esteem so you can make life choices or changes you want to make.

If you'd like to explore counselling together, I can offer a free 45-minute consultation over the phone or online using Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.

To book your free consultation or ask questions about counselling, you can call or text 07729 193629 or email me through this profile or my website.

I look forward to hearing from you.
