A unique space to immerse, explore and express yourself using a variety of media - learning through Creative Connection, regardless of artistic ability.​

Designed as personal development for counsellors and mental health practitioners in training and practice, these workshops provide a connective and held therapeutic space, to experience, explore and release, through self expression and creation.

The workshops, based upon Carl Rogers person-centred approach, Natalie Rogers Creative Connection® process, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), welcome all parts in the use of differing creative media, in whatever way feels comfortable. Absolutely no artistic expertise is necessary. Playful curiosity with gentle respect and acceptance of self and others is encouraged.
